Shipping & Deivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Tracking information allows you to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your order.
Your tracking number may take 24-48 hours to update after your order has shipped. If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't sweat it, your order should still be on the way to you. If your tracking number still doesn't update after 5 or more days, you can reach out to support@9Round.com for assistance.
For all U.S. orders, we offer flat-rate, tiered shipping fees based on order total, exluding heavy items.

Yes. International orders won’t include shipping charges at the time of purchase. Instead, shipping costs will be determined and quoted individually for each order. We will reach out directly to discuss your options.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return them within 30 days. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer support team at support@9Round.com.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-10 business days.
Order Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Tracking information allows you to monitor the status and expected delivery date of your order.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it through your account or by using the link in your confirmation email. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to create a return once you receive your items.
If you suspect something is wrong with your order, please reach out to support@9Round.com. If any items are missing, please check if your order was shipped in multiple boxes before contacting us. You can confirm whether your order will arrive in separate packages by reviewing your shipping confirmation email.
All products must be inspected by the receiving party within seven (7) business days of receipt. Customers must notify us of any damage within seven (7) business days of when the tracking number shows the package as delivered, or all damages and therefore replacement costs would be the sole responsibility of the customer.
To make claims for shipping damage, the receiving party must preserve all shipping materials (packaging, shipping containers, etc.). All damage must be photographed and described. Qualifying claims can be sent to support@9Round.com and must include the original sales order/invoice number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photographs showing the suspected damaged items.
No shipping damage claims will be accepted without proper photographic documentation. We do not cover damage caused by improper placement or storage resulting in items falling, being dropped, knocked over by traffic (human, animal, mechanical) or extreme weather.

Your provided payment method will be charged for the full order total at the time of purchase.
Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your studio location. Non-taxable items are excluded from tax calculations.
We periodically offer promotions for the Gym Supplies Store. These will be communicated via email to both your owner email and location-specific email from Home Office.
